1. What is a virtual run?
A virtual run is a flexible running event that you can complete at your own pace, anytime and anywhere during the event period. You may run outdoors, walk, hike, train indoors or use a treadmill.

2. When is the Conqueror Run 2026 challenge period?
The challenge period runs from 1 September 2026 to 1 November 2026.

3. Where do I submit my result?
You can submit your result through our official website. Please make sure your submission clearly shows your completed distance and activity details.

4. What is my registration number?
Your order number is your registration number. You can find it in your order confirmation after completing your registration.

5. Do I need to complete my distance in one activity?
No. You may split your challenge across multiple activities during the event period.

6. Can I accumulate my running distance?
Yes. You may accumulate your distance across multiple activities until you reach your selected challenge distance.

7. Can I use a treadmill?
Yes. Treadmill activities are accepted as long as the completed distance can be clearly verified.

8. What apps or devices can I use to track my activity?
You may use Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Fitness, Samsung Health, Nike Run Club, Adidas Running, Fitbit, GPS watches, or other similar fitness tracking platforms.

9. Do I need to use a specific app?
No. Any reliable fitness app, GPS watch or treadmill record is accepted as long as your completed distance can be clearly verified.

10. Can I register for more than one distance?
Yes. You may register for more than one challenge distance. Each distance requires a separate registration.

11. When will I receive my finisher entitlements?
Finisher entitlements will be processed after the event ends and your submitted result has been verified.

12. What is the result submission deadline?
All activities and result submissions should be completed by 11:59 PM (GMT+8) on 1 November 2026.
